Projects
The whole area of Industrial Park is designed for the location of the industrial enterprises and logistics centers upon it and for this purpose is devided to a number of land plots, which vary in area and configuration. The master plan of I-Park Lemminkäinen (Area A) has been drawn up by the German company Assmann.
The colored boxes below are the land sites reserved for the time of negotiations and the site of Rani Plast, where the construction works have been already started.
