I-Park Lemminkäinen
Background information
In November 2007, the Kaluga Regional Government and Lemminikäinen (Lemcon Invest) signed the Investment and Cooperation Agreement. The agreement was signed concurrently within the International Forum for Economic Partnership Development between Russia and Finland, which was organized by the Finnish innovation fund Sitra. The agreement provided the complex development of the area, new investments into the region and additional jobs for local residents. This agreement guarantees full support from the local authorities and assures the availability of all engineering connections with the fixed fees within an agreed period of time..
The site for the industrial park is a property of Lemminkäinen Invest, LLC which is one of the companies belonging to Lemminkäinen Group. According to the land use permit the site is suitable for industrial building. Today we've got the pipelines for the connections to the local power-, gas and water suppliers already constructed up to the boundaries of I-Park’s area; this fact is a best guarantee for the I-Park customers ensuring the completion of the construction project in the shortest period of time.
