Lemminkäinen Talo International Ltd. has signed a framework agreement with Finnish consultancy company Codens Oy that launches the promotion of I-Park Lemminkäinen in Western countries.

According to the agreement, Codens Oy and its subsidiary Propeum USA, LLC. will introduce Westerners to the benefits gained by choosing I-Park Lemminkäinen for manufacturing and logistics operations. Among those advantages are reduced risks, flexible offerings, guaranteed delivery of infrastructure, reliable Western service, and a friendly regional government.
