Marketing activity
Lemminkäinen is going on with the negotiations with several foreign industrial companies concerning the placement of their production facilities in the I-Park Lemminkäinen. These companies operate in such industrial fields as manufacturing of plastic goods and materials, metal processing, household appliances, construction materials and logistics.
In order to attract potential residents to the I-Park, Lemminkäinen has signed the cooperation agreement with Swedish Trade Council and joined the Norwegian-Russian Chamber of Commerce. We continue our close cooperation with the Finnish-Russian Chamber of Commerce as well as with the most considerable consultants in the industrial real estate.
A new active round of negotiations has been started regarding the allocation of potential residents of the industrial park on the I-Park’s area. The companies involved in negotiations with Lemminkäinen present various fields of industrial production such as plastics production, metal processing and production of household appliances, construction materials and car components
Design and permitting
The Finnish design agency KVA is assigned by Lemminkäinen for the development of the project of the standard industrial building for the allocation of the I-Parks potential residents inside on terms of rent/lease or purchase of the facilities. Two potential projects are in the process of pre-design stage.

• Permit from the Board of the Russian Federal Service for Ecological, Technical and Atomic Supervision (RosTechNadzor) of Kaluga region
• Permit from the Board of the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resource Usage (RosPrirodNadzor)
• Permit from the Ministry of Roads Development of Kaluga region
• Permit from the Federal state unitary enterprise (FRUP) “State Corporation for Organization of Air Traffic”

Construction

Road construction along the edge of I-Park Lemminkäinen’s area
In accordance with the terms of Investment agreement with Kaluga Regional Government the reconstruction of the road Vorotynsk-Kumovskoje is completed. The road is to conform to the requirements for the motorways of the 4th category, which corresponds the intensity of traffic up till 250 trucks a day.
The works have been accomplished on the bases of the project documentation prepared by Lemminkäinen and approved by the State project expertize in Kaluga Region by means of regional budget.
Construction of transforming substation
The transforming station is being constructed on the territory adjacent to the Industrial Park Lemminkäinen. Two transformers will serve the needs of industrial parks residents in electricity. The startup of the substation makes it possible to connect the I-Parks residents to the power system with the consumed power of 100 MW
Water supply and waste water disposal
The specialists of ООО «Kaluga Region Vodokanal» completed construction of utilities in the industrial park “I-Park Lemminkäinen”.
The workers laid about 25 km of water and sewer pipelines made of modern material – polyethylene.
A new sewage pumping station is put into operation. It will provide a few tens of production companies and logistics centers of the industrial park “I-Park Lemminkäinen” with the centralized sewage system.
According to the schedule, in the end of October 2011 the station’s process equipment was installed. Waste water will be directed to the sewage collector and then via the cascade of sewage pumping stations Rosva – Rezvan it will be pumped to Kaluga sewage purification plant. The volume of received waste water will amount to 3,8 thousands of cubic meters a day.

Storm water sewage system
The design project for the storm water treatment facilities has got the approval of the State expertize. The construction of the water sewage system has been started in the Industrial park Lemminkäinen.
