Lemminkäinen Talo Ltd International is an international construction company operating all over the world.


 
LEMMINKÄINEN started in Russia from 1970s.
Its references contain a number of large industrial construction projects, such as Stora Enso saw mills in North-West Russia, Neste Oil Storage in Lomonosov, Elcoteq – electronic plant in St.-Petersburg, Nokian Tyres tyre plant in Vsevolozhsk, Repository of State Hermitage in St.-Petersburg, warehouses for Tikkurila in Moscow etc. Net sales of LEMCON in 2008 made 292 million Euros.
LEMMINKAINEN was founded in Helsinki, Finland in 1910. Since then it has grown into a second largest construction company in Finland.

Lemminkäinen Group operates in all areas of the construction sector. The Group's business sectors are Building Construction, Infrastructure Construction and Technical Building Services. Net sales in 2010 were approx. EUR 2.0 billion, of which international operations accounted for over a quarter. The Group employs about 8,300 people. In August 2007 Lemminkäinen ( former Lemcon Ltd.) has registered the company named Lemcon Invest LLC (now Lemminkäinen Invest)  in order to implement the project of Industrial park in Kaluga region.
 
Thus Lemminkäinen Invest LLC, the subsidiary to LEMMINKÄINEN Talo Ltd International, is the owner and developer of the project, as well as the only contract party for the whole investment project.
LEMMINKAINEN Talo Ltd is a part of LEMMINKÄINEN GROUP and represents building construction division of LEMMINKAINEN Holding.
