On 17 June 2010, Lemminkäinen signed an agreement with Ab Rani Plast Oy on the turnkey construction of a plastic film extrusion plant at Lemminkäinen's Kaluga industrial park. The signing ceremony was held in Helsinki at the main office of Lemminkäinen Corporation in Salmisaari.
