The trilateral investment agreement between Kaluga regional Government, Rani Plast Kaluga and Lemminkäinen Invest was held at the Representative Office of Kaluga regional Government in Moscow

The solemn ceremony was opened by the greetings from all the tree parties of the investment agreement.
